This is an interesting initiative, and one that fits in well with our own work on military spending and transformation. We will circulate it to our lists.

See our websites below, and also the Berlin Conference - for which we have high level labour union support, and at which we expect to have some sessions on conversion.
On top of that, we are working on a plan for a longer project on this issue.
