decision that legalized abortion nationwide. But this historic ruling is
under attack.

Republicans continue to fight this victory for women's rights. They've
voted to defund Planned Parenthood and enacted statewide restrictions on a
woman's right to choose. And now, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear
arguments in a case that could gut Roe v. Wade.

Just weeks from now, the Supreme Court is set to hear a case -- Whole
Woman's Health v. Cole -- about a Texas law designed to close more than
75% of all women's health clinics that provide abortion services in the
state.1

This could go one of two ways:
  * The Court could protect Roe v. Wade -- and stand with millions of
women -- by reversing this Texas law.
  * Or the Court could decide that even fewer women in this country will
have access to affordable and safe abortion services.


It took a movement to win the Roe v. Wade victory in 1973, and it will
