[Occupymendocino] Fwd: [OPC] Hare Creek Mall Mitigated Negative Declaration appeal

Please people get yr facts straight before posting. All the different 
opions are hurting the cause. We are trying to raise money quickly in 
order to appeal the decision on the approval of the NEGATIVE  
DECLARATION which must be done within 10 days of the Planning Commission 
vote.
