** Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has begun 2015 with a promise to
act quickly on Fast Track

, stating that "it’s an enormous grant of power," but "that’s how much
we believe in trade..." Meanwhile, Obama is re-doubling his efforts

to find as many allies as he can when it comes to corporate-backed
agreements.

Without a doubt, the threat of Fast Track is reaching its height. And if
we're going to build resistance strong enough to defeat this second
attempt, we need to be ready to act – and act fast.

representatives opposing Fast Track packed the room

during a press conference on their concerns around secretive free trade
agreements. And last week, communities across Oregon rallied

Senator Wyden that no such bill is welcome in his home state.
