Ann,

What I was talking about was a specific petition in Mendocino County that has to be turned in physically to the County BOS. An online general one about stopping hack and squirt in the forests will not get  a measure on the ballot in Mendocino County that residents can vote on in an election. Read page 9 of this week's Advocate.
