Dear All,
As soon as this Thursday, the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on a
groundbreaking amendment that would ban the Drug Enforcement
Administration and Department of Justice from using our taxpayer money to
interfere with state medical marijuana laws.

Time is running out to make your voice heard: tell your member of Congress
to end the federal attack on medical marijuana now!

Drug war bureaucrats are determined to undermine our progress. The
Department of Justice and Drug Enforcement Administration still have free
reign to take action against medical marijuana dispensaries operating
legally under state law. If we don't pass reform in Congress, the progress
we've made could crumble. Even worse: a new administration in 2017 could
stop medical marijuana dead in its tracks.

Twenty-two states and the District of Columbia now allow marijuana to be
used for medical purposes. And five other states recently approved the use
of CBD oils, a component of medical marijuana which some parents are
utilizing to treat their children's seizures. Federal interference has
resulted in patients losing access to their medicine when legal
dispensaries are threatened, raided and shut down.

Tell your U.S. House Representative to support the amendment that will ban
the DEA and DOJ from using taxpayer money to interfere in states with
voter-approved medical marijuana laws!

Right now we have a huge opportunity to protect medical marijuana. And
with more support in Congress than ever before, we have a real chance to
