I thought you might like to know why Jed and I are working hard to get
Robin Sunbeam elected to the position of Clerk-Recorder-Assessor on the
ballot for the June 3rd election. PLEASE vote for Robin Sunbeam.

I sent the following email to KMUD:

Hello,
My name is Jed Davis of Mendocino County. I am an aquaponic farmer in
Potter Valley. (www.aquagardensfamilyfarm.com)

I have spent the last two years uncovering many of the tactics that the
Wall Street Banks have been using to steal people's homes through
fraudulent and unlawful foreclosures. In this process I have presented to
our government officials (County through Federal) proof that these
violations are real, and the extent that they are destroying the integrity
and accuracy of our public property records. I have managed to push back
against the banks for over 2 1/2 years, have filed IRS and SEC
whistleblower complaints, and have filed a lawsuit against my lender to
make them prove that they have the legal authority to enforce my mortgage
(which I and my attorney believe the courts will show they do not).

I write to you because my efforts are relevant to millions of Americans who
are paying a company that has no legal right to collect their mortgage
payment or to foreclose. Every unlawful foreclosure (and there have been
millions) is another clouded title that undermines the integrity of our
public records and the ability for one to safely and securely own real
estate. If this trend continues, real estate ownership in America will be
as insecure as owning land in any third world country.

Our current Recorder Susan Ranochak has refused to be proactive in her
fiduciary responsibility to protect the property records in her office. I
would like to bring your attention to her opponent Robin Sunbeam who is
running on a platform to "Protect or Property Records".

There are many people in North Mendocino County to whom this discussion is
VERY relevant and to whom this race for Recorder may have big implications.
I would be happy to speak to this issue on one or several shows on your
station.

I know that Robin's campaign is considering purchasing advertising time on
your station if enough money can be raised.

Please email me or give me a call to further discuss this.

Thank you,
Jed Davis
