(if you choose).
I want to talk to a staff person in Barbara Boxer's
office (for example) who is connected to the Navy
activities.
What are you doing about this issue?  I want to talk
about the "no-action" alternative of NEPA - the Navy
Environmental Protection Act.   The Navy has
violated NEPA.
Take action now to protect our coastal areas.
