Maybe Occupy could get the Coast Cinema to let us sponsor a showing of the
Citizens United, "The MOvie" when it comes out.
Just a thought...

> dramatic narrative film.
>
> And we just posted a new video update, our finished opening founding
> fathers scene with all the authentic backgrounds, and with the first
> segment of the original music scored being specially composed for
> this activist project. And we'll have a whole bunch of new scene
> footage in just about 2 more weeks.

> Eminent Actor, Ed Asner, To Star In Citizens United, The Movie
>
> "We could not be more thrilled to have Ed Asner slated to play a key
> role in Citizens United, The Movie," says writer and director, The
> Pen. "We take it as an affirmation of the importance of this project
> that an actor of Mr. Asner's stature, with so many other projects
> competing for his kind attention, would make the time to grace ours
> with his incomparable talent."
>
> Citizens United, The Movie, will take on the issues of corporate
> personhood, and money as speech, in a full length, narrative, feature
> film format. It will not be a documentary, as most would have
> expected, but instead a dramatic film with a fictionalized story
> line, though it draws from the very real events of the impact of the
> Citizens United supreme court decision on our democracy.
>
> In the film, Mr. Asner will play the role of Ace Rogers, the founder
> of the nation's second biggest defense contractor. In the end, his
> character will experience a heroic redemption, after being confronted
> by his activist grand-daughter over the morality of the company's
> arms business.
>
> Says Pen, "The interest in this project has already been just
> incredible. We had over 3,000 submissions from all the top agents and
> mangers in the business for just one of our other available roles.
> But Mr. Asner was always our first choice for the part of Ace Rogers,
> which is why we are so excited that the part appealed to him."
>
> Citizens United, The Movie, is in active production now, with a
> target of completing principal photography by the end of August.

>
> We are set and booked for shooting in Los Angeles, Monday, August
> 11th, in the evening, our big closing climax scene, where our heroine
> confronts the corporate powers at the big shareholders' meeting. So
> if you want to be an extra for that, and participate in this historic
> movie-making event, please select that reward now (about 1/2 way down
