Remember Frank Riggs?

Repug Rep from hereabouts, who started out his Congressional reign voting
AGAINST the first gulf war & schmoozing up to the Cal. Environmentalistas
who enabled his getting his job via GREEN Darlene Comingore's strong
showing  15+% ...See, there was this horrible Dem. (Bosco) in there that
needed weeding...hey, it was a complicated situation...Ya hadda be
there... some of You were!
Anyway, ol' Frank showed his 'Rank Piggs' colours, culminating in the
horrific point blank pepperspray torture of Headwaters Forest activists,
who locked down in his Eureka office...
