Susan Ranochak who continues to file fraudulent foreclosures. Robin will
send Affidavits of Authenticity to bank attorneys if she is elected with

fraud in the County Recorder’s office.
Recording fraudulent documents violates the CA
Constitution. I will inspect all foreclosure
documents for obvious fraud and, if found,
demand proof of a clear chain of title from the
foreclosing bank before recording it.”
“I will advocate for more polling places where
people can join their community to show up to
vote. Absentee ballots can also be dropped off at
the polling place the day of the election.“
“I will make sure property tax notices are mailed
out with ample time in advance of the due date,
and improve communications with staff, among
county agencies, and with the public.”
