Hi all, 
Yesterday at the street protests, there were two topics of discussion that are worthy of further discussion-- the situation at College of the Redwoods and the Navy plans to do testing off our coast.
 I am committed to having a meeting since I invited somebody new (Mary) to come to speak to us about the work she is doing to educate the public in preparation for the upcoming Navy presentation in March.
  Ann is also active on this issue and has said she will be there. Also Jesse said she will try to make if at all possible.
  As far as paying for the room rental we have several options available. I agree that we don't need to pay $75  for the big room when it appears that some people can't make it. 
    We might be able to meet in the small room where we have shown movies . We can also meet in the Senior Center lobby or outside as the weather is good. 
If none of that works we can meet at the S.C. and move the meeting either to the library or the Company Store and leave a note for latecomers.
  I feel strongly that we need to keep meeting on a regular schedule despite individual preoccupations.
  As the Center is having other activities, it should be open. As a precaution we can pick up the key at Mark's place.  
    I hope that as many as possible can come to this meeting as there are important issues as ever to be discussed
  Another agenda item could be the planning of future actions.
