>   We, Jim Tarbell and Michael St. John, invite you join us at our Mendocino College Community Extension Workshop on Grassroots Solutions to Corporate Power at the Fort Bragg campus, starting February 12, 2015.  We will be meeting for 14 sessions on Thursday evening from 7-8:30 PM.
>         Alliance for Democracy's Justice Rising: Grassroots Solutions to Corporate Rule, the publication that Jim created and has edited for the past ten years, will be the major resource for this workshop.  Over one hundred authors, all experts in various aspects of corporate power and popular efforts to claim our democratic rights and power, have contributed to making Justice Rising the salient publication documenting the rise of resistance to corporate power. Authors have included Raj Patel, Herman Daly, Vandana Shiva, and many others.  All of the issues of Justice Rising are available online at http://thealliancefordemocracy.org/

> o Corporations, Democracy, & The Rise of Grassroots Popular Power

> o Economic Democracy or Corporate Hegemony? - March 12,19, 26

> o Who or What will Rule the World? Local/Global Governance

> We will discuss the history of corporate power and of popular democracy, although we will mainly be looking at how these two movements function today and where they are going in the future.
