[Occupymendocino] Meeting time for Parade details

Hi All, 
 I called the Senior Center and they've reserved our usual room for us. 
 It is Labor Day weekend with lots of activities going on so both Ann R. & I would like to meet earlier than usual-- from 12 p.m. to 2p.m.-- if we actually need 2 hours.  
We need to know how many people are marching, what signs we are going to use and make a few small new signs for the puppets. Richard is on board with letting us use them in the parade.
  I had an idea that perhaps we can raffle off a hat & a T shirt to anyone who participates in the march with us as an incentive.
  Brainstorming what is most relevant for the small puppet signs is needed. Bring markers & tape & white paper to the meeting if you have such supplies. (I have some).
   Please email ASAP if the time doesn't work for anyone as it is open to discussion.
  Also Hildy? at the Senior Center asked if we were current on our contributions.
      Looking forward to getting all the details worked out &  having a great presence on Monday.
