   - New Hampshire residents make a Community Rights sweep in March, with
   three Towns adopting CELDF-drafted Community Bills of Rights at Town
   Meeting.
   - In response to Lafayette, CO's, Community Bill of Rights banning
   commercial oil and gas extraction, the industry is now attacking
   communities' rights to ban harmful extractive practices. Communities are
   responding with a proposed CELDF-drafted Community Rights state
   constitutional amendment.
   - Our legal team is at work to protect Mora County, NM, and Highland
   Township, PA's, Community Bills of Rights banning fracking and related
   activities from corporate challenges.
   - Our work moves forward in Oregon, supporting Community Rights

Despite a Community Bill of Rights in place to protect water in Highland
Township by banning fracking wastewater injection wells, Seneca Resources
moves to site a well within the Township, in violation of the Ordinance.
