[Occupymendocino] working on a ommunity Rights Ordinance toban fracking

A group of 40 people have put together an ordinance to protect our water
and ban fracking in Mendocino County.If you want to help us gather
signatures, after seeing this youtube, we need all the help we can get to
gather 5,000 signatures in the whole county in the next 7 weeks. Please
