President Kathleen Johnson,

Regarding the illegal convening of last Wednesday's Board of Directors
meeting, I urge you to rescind the decision made to fire Charles Bush.
Charles comes to work on Sundays, his day off, to help bring in donated
food from Harvest Market, not a mandatory part of his job. He has yet 5
more months to write his job description, which was contravened by the
Board of Directors.

I agree with Bob Bushansky's statement since this was an illegally and
unannounced agendized meeting, decisions made have no force. Therefore, as
president you have the power to rescind the decision to fire the
successful Executive officer of the Senior Center. In addition I urge you
to urge those who agreed to disregard the by-laws to step down and call
for a new slate of board members. That includes Sandra Donnato, Lizette
Weiss, Ronalie Silvera, Lonne Mitchell. You would be doing a service to
the Senior Center if you would resign now.

In addition, your actions have caused the Senior center the loss of a
$50,000.
donation which was retracted following the Board's action. The  Senior
Center cannot afford to lose the good will and funds that your action has
promoted.
