Friends concerned about a violation of International Law,

Syria has not threatened our country or any other. The U.N. Charter ,
section 33 holds that only a country that is threatened with attack can
use force to protect themselves, and with the approval of the Security
Council. If Congress approves of the Obama Resolution they will be giving
approval for illegal action, in violation of International law.

Professor Francis A. Boyle  of Univ. of Ill. Law .School has drawn up 6
Articles of Impeachment. Why? He said the Obama Resolution introduced to
Congress would authorize Obama, as Commander in Chief, to start out with
an attack on Syria, spread to Lebanon, Iran, Somalia, Sudan - a plan
worked out by the Pentagon.
     Boyle said ,Right now there are 5 Russian ships positioned between
U.S. Warships and Syria. He said "Will Russia stand down if their
ships are attacked?"
     He said "After 9-11 we have attacked oil producing countries or
countries with avenues of transit for oil---choke points for
shipping."

Attacking Syria without the approval of the U.N. Security Council would be
Obama flouting International Law and could easily spread to WW 3. It's a
crisis like the Cuban Missile Crisis which nearly brought us to Nuclear
War.

     I believe the only way to stop President Obama's intent to war is as
Law Professor Francis Boyle said on KZYX this morning, is to urge
Representative Jared Huffman to introduce a Bill for Impeachment on
Monday  morning Sept. 9,2013. Congress is planned to vote on Obama's
Resolution on Tuesday. Introducing such a bill could make Obama
rethink his intentions.How would he like to be remembered if there is
History after WW 3 ?
