RE:  Two national actions in November
We need help in getting these actions out to every like-minded US citizen
asap.

The first goal is to have 100% of US Representatives meeting with their
constituents, our activists, to discuss Fast Track Authority while Reps
are at home during recess fromNov. 4 - 11th.
The second goal is attain public commitment from 80% or more of the US
Reps to uphold their duty outlined by the US Constitution (Article 1,
Section 8, to negotiate international trade) and voting NO on Fast Track
(Trade Promotion Authority.) Those who do not commit will receive pressure
of being recalled, as happened recently in Colorado.
Please share this message with all like-minded activists in every state of
our Union.

best. (Worst case scenario, track him/her down at a Veteran's Day event on
the 11th.)...Over the weekend, rally your friends and like-minded groups

POLITE and RESPECTFUL, yet FIRM and PERSISTENT....IMPORTANT...  Ask
for/write down proper SPELLING (first/last name) of  each person you speak
with and note what they say. (That may be needed in the future for
emailing, or if you or not satisfied with the assistance you receive, etc.

tactics:This is an urgent matter as I am aware that Fast Track Authority
will be voted in the near future*. I am very concerned about Fast Track
Authority and I wish to meet with him/her to discuss it this week.Our
elected representatives are paid to listen to what we constituents have to
say. That is what he/she signed up for and is being paid by my tax dollars
to do.Please put me on the phone with who can help me right now. May I 
have the full name of the District Manager, please? (Write/spell back for
accuracy.) May I please speak with the District Manager. I want to get
this scheduled today. I appreciate that, and, my time is important, too. 
I have the right to meet with my elected official. He/she needs to hear
why I am so concerned about Fast Track.Yes, I understand he/she is busy.

individual with a growing group of very concerned constituents.I am with
the ______ group. (MAM, MAAM, GMO-Free, Sierra Club, AARP, Expose the TPP

* FAST TRACK...President Obama had hoped to have Fast Track passed before
October; the bill could drop into congress any day now. Historically, a
vote comes soon after. Fast Track (recently renamed "Trade Promotion
Authority" takes the Constitutional Authority (Art. 1. Sect. 8.) away from
congress and gives it to the President. It prevents "trade deals" from
being properly vetted by congress. It limits their discussion and demands
a straight yes/no vote after a limited time frame. No amendments or any
changes, what-so-ever, are allowed. It has been used to ram into law other
bad trade deals like NAFTA. Fast Track is anti-constitutional and
