Government that the crisis at Fukushima is a global threat that requires an

This petition is being managed by (Dr.) Margaret Flowers who stood up in
the Senate  health committee some 4 years ago and had to be dragged out for
demanding that Single Payer be considered; it  wasn't, but Margaret is
