Susan,Dan G.and Dan H.,
Thought you might like to see our progress. I urge the County to do an
Audit of a number of Foreclosures to see how much in fees that the County
has lost to fraud by robo-signers,MERS and banks. According to the
Homeowners' Bill of Rights ,AB 2425 and SB 1471, Due Process Reform, the
County could "Impose a $10,000 on the recordation of robosigned
documents, defined as documents that contain information that was not
verified for accuracy by the person or persons signing or swearing to the
accuracy of the document or statement" This should galvanize the
petition to Susan Ranochak , where by she may be persuaded to send
Affidavits of Authority to foreclosing entities and allow volunteers to
help identify suspicious documents.Any comments?

Sincerely,
AgnesWoolsey
