[Occupymendocino] Section 8 list is open

For those out there that are interested, or might know someone who is, the
Mendocino County section 8 list is now open and is to remain open. This
program provides rental assistance for low income households. Eligibility
is determined by income for the family size, citizenship status, and
criminal history.
