…I don't think the Charter should include fracking, cooperate person hood, etc. Although I agree with those provisions, they might prevent some people from agreeing to a chartered county, which is the main idea of the petition.

Perhaps those items should be voted on later. Although, on the other hand, it would nice to get that stuff out of the way.
