[Occupymendocino] A petition to the Board of Supervisors to become a Charter County with a public bank, etc.

Dear Occupy,
    Attached is copy of the petition and of the proposed Charter.   Please
let Agnes know immediately if you have any objections to the petition being
sponsored by Occupy Mendocino.   She wants to print it Wednesday to
circulate Thursday.   The more signatures we get, the more likely the Board
of Supervisors is to put the Charter on the ballot.   Please help get
signatures if you can.
