Here's a short summary of the Action Plan to send to interested homeowners
of the 154 Mendocino county residents whom you have on the spreadsheet or
pdf. sent earlier today. 100,000 homes are facing foreclosure in CA.

Mega-Banks are still using robosigners even though they signed a consent
Decree with the Attorney General agreeing to stop.This is a violation of
Federal Law. They've been getting away with it in court. All securitized
loans have fraud because they've lost who owns the note in the electronic
mortgage registration system- MERS-in the belly of the beast. So people
have to prove robosigned documments are fraud.
This is how to fight back:

1) Fill out an OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) Complaint
form downloading it from www.hofj.org.this is your best chance to buy time
to stall foreclosure, while you search your documents for fraud at the
Recorder's Office.  From the OCC office you will receive a file number.
Send a copy of this to the As long as a complaint is in process in return
mail from OCC you will have an OCCC file number that the bank must honor
and stand aside.You may choose from the list of complaints,fill it out and
send it from CJ Holmes website:www.hofj.org.

2) Also file a Notary complaint from same site. On your documents find the
notary's name fill out and send a journal entry letter request form,and a
money order for $1.00 for the copy, include a self addressed envelope and
ask the postal worker to stamp the date when it comes back. You will have
a copy of the notariy's signature and driver's license number. Send the
complaint on the Notary to the Secretary of State, then take her response,
get a copy of her response to the legal dept of the Foreclosure  Trustee.
If the notarization is false those are void documents on the property.

Nothing is recorded until the Notice of Default is sent, but before it is
sent the bank has filed an assignment, a trustee substitution, and a
notice of default to give the veneer of legality.
All documents are fake on securitized loans.

3)Go to the Recorder's Office and get certified copies of your list of
documents,for the Sheriff, copies for the DA,for the  Recorder,for the
State Attorney General, Kamala Harris and for the Supervisors.
