Are you facing foreclosure in Mendocino county?  Many current foreclosures
are fraudulent and illegal.  Check your mortgage foreclosure papers for
robosigned notary signatures ,ie.notary residing and stamp showing two
different counties.   Robo signing and other illegal methods make those
documents invalid.  Many businesses/banks filing foreclosure do not 'hold'
the actual 'note' and cannot legally foreclose on property which they
don't even own, even if they are the servicer of your loan!! It's against
the LAW!!
Tentatively on Feb 13, 2013 join with a group of homeowners who plan to go
to the County Recorder and present their mortgage and loan documents which
have been fraudulently robo-signed or otherwise filed in an illegal or
untimely  manner,   If you think your name is on the Real Estate document
enclosed  contact CJ Holmes at www.hofj.org and bring copies of
your documents to the Recorder's Office at 2:00 pm.on 1/13/13 This action
will start the process of  asking County law enforcement (DA/Sheriff) to
start prosecuting the banks and mortgage lenders which are trying to
illegally seize family homes and businesses.

If you find your property on the list with an auction date or on a
preforeclosure column examine your documents make copies, bring them, come
join us for a more powerful impact. You don't have to try to fight
foreclosure alone.
There are 18 pages of properties and names of people due to be served
foreclosure at the bottom of Jed's email to me. Please contact Jed or me
