      If you can come to Ukiah to support Jed Davis, fighting foreclosure
on this Thursday Jan. 24th at 2:00 pm please let me know. I will
contact Occupy Ukiah also. numbers of supporters is vital.

Also if you can come to Boonville to meet with the two Supervisors on
Wednesday February 6th at 2:00 pm, please let me know and I will give you
the address of the meeting place.

Thursday at 2 sounds good to me. Let me notify Agnes to make sure it works
for her and the rest of Occupy.

With whom should I make the appointment(s)? The recorders office? the
sheriff? or the DA? or all of them?

Will we be using the LA Affidavit of Auth? or the Essex County one?

How can we get the DA, sheriff, and Recorder to watch the John O'brien
interview? Maybe have it on an iphone or laptop? or give them a thumbdrive
with the file on it?

It also looks like Feb 5 or 6 we may be meeting with Dan Hamburg a
regarding eminent domain in Booneville.

    Here are two more packets of sigs on your docs with different
signatures.  I say let’s definitely go after the notaries.  Everybody
understands notary fraud.  And all the notarization is fraudulent.

    Let’s have the affidavit of authority for the recorder prepared to
take with us.  doesn’t matter who presents it – or presents it over
and over.  It just must get done.



    I see steps we need to take:

    1.  get affidavits of authority in place at recorder office to stop
more fraud from being recorded.

    2. get owner affidavits prepared to void fraud on records (use small
claims court?)

    3. get owner affidavits prepared to void past fraud on records –
nullifying the past foreclosure which nullifies all sales since and
owner gets house backi.

    4. get DA/county actions against the foreclosure mills for restitution
and to shut them down.



    The DA/county should file against MERS like 3 counties in TX are.  I’m
pushing that as I can.  I already have an attorney that said they
would file against MERS for the county for free – totally on
contingency basis and pay all the fees, too.  let’s push for that.  cj
