1. The ONLY WAY to get rid of something on your hard drive is to open up your computer and physically      
    destroy it. Hard drive recovery services help people with broken drives. The Feds have the best equipment to 
    read it. When you "empty the trash" on you machine, it simply looses the address and allows it to be 
    overwritten. The info can still be recovered by skilled pros.

2. Email communications are being stored by the government so, it doesn't matter if you even read your email.    
    If it was SENT TO YOU the government knows it.
