[Occupymendocino] FW: [OPC] Please sign OPC's new petition

This petition does not address the format of the Community Rights
Ordinance. I would prefer to sign one that is worded after folks take the
Paul Cienfuegos workshop in February.That one will have enforcement power,
this one does not.
