[Occupymendocino] petition to be a Charter County with a public bank

Dear Occupy,
     If you haven't signed the petition to the Board of Supervisors yet,

this link with the petition to voters you know in Mendocino County who
would like to sign it.   A brief statement about the advantages of having a
