The Fort Bragg Bank of America security guard (hired because of our weekly rallies) thought Occupiers were doing illegal tagging when he saw the chalk signs on the sidewalk in front of the Bank. We talked over the case in San Diego with him, and how the guy who upset the B of A there with chalk inscriptions had won the legal battle. ( They wanted to charge him for cleaning up the chalk signage.) Anyhow, our signs that have faded now, look forward to some more attention from protestors. We had things like "Shame on Bank of America" and "Stop Fraudulent Foreclosures"

Donna Piranha Thanks for educating him on the Chalkupy case of Jeff Olson in San Diego. We were able to rally international attention to the ridiculous charges & even got a shout out of support from Senator Elizabeth Warren. Keep up the Chalkupying!
