Hi David,
There is one more point that I would like to add. During our meeting with
your investigators, it
seemed to me that Butch had the best grasp of the ins-and-outs of
securitization of properties through trust deeds etc., but he also seem to
be the most hopeless that anything could be done. During a side
conversation I had with him after our meeting, he seemed very
disenfranchized with law enforcements ability to go after criminals of the
financial type. After seeing time and time again where financial crimes
were perpetrated against companies and individuals of this county, and law
enforcement had no means to go after the suspects, he seems to have thrown
his hands in the air, and didn't really feel that there was anything that
we could do to change things.

I had hope that this sentiment didn't extend to you, and that you would
take a fresh and creative look at my documents, so that we could formulate
a strategy to save the citizens of our county against these fraudulent
foreclosures. I hope that this is still the case.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Jed Davis
