[Occupymendocino] Things & Misc for Noyo Food Forest Earth Day Event

Dear 99%ers, 
Talked to Julie from the Noyo Food Forest and she says our table/booth will be located in front of the wooden infield fence of the baseball diamond.  Wood behind to put our banner on

I made handouts  copies including:  "Who are the 99%?-Who are the 1%",  
"Handouts". Explaining our reason for rallying at the banks, "OM Ethics and Goals",
and three more. Also have our Songsters Song books to put out.

Things I'm bringing:
Banner
Occupy posters small and big and postcards ready to go. 
Plywood display board  4'x 4' with leg 
Tools, big stapler, pens, drill, nails, glue, pencils, etc
Cardboard
Clip boards
Puppets ? Can't decide...
 2 chairs. Maybe a few more needed?

NEED: Tape- Blue, masking,duct tape.
Stick Pins.
Table clothes for our 6-8' table?

Sheila E and other musician/singers coming by and we have permission to do some tunes
when the main stage is not playing music. Should be fun!

I intend to arrive at 11AM.  They want us to be ready by 12 noon. As we can't drive right to
our booth,  they will help transport. However, I'm sure there'll  be stuff that we have to move.
