Thanks for your pitching in by bringing this stuff. Why not be prepared?
 I'll run down the list by the NFF organizers tomorrow.  I think some of these things, 
like chairs, might be provided. I know they provide a table. 
I would like to know about the canopy you mentioned at the meeting. Is it hard to put up?
How big? I have a small wrought iron cafe table that will hold a big umbrella, but if your rig 
would work better, I'd leave it behind.  
I'll send my list around tomorrow.
