John O"Brien is the MA, Essex County Assessor/Recorder who sent these
Affidavits of Authenticity  to the mega-banks who are foreclosing on
people's homes. It includes a penalty for swearing truthfulness of
robosigned foreclosures. Please send it to Susan Ranochak as a sample of
what she could send to forcloasing entities as it says in our petition.
Susan's email address is ranochas at co.mendocino.ca.us.  Each of us can
impress her with our numbers and the importance of keeping the land titles
clean of fraud.
