Dear Tiffany,
Across America millions of homes are being foreclosed upon by banks using
fraudulent, forged and false documents. The banks responsible for bringing
about the Great Recession are responsible for ruining the integrity of our
Publicly Recorded Records.  Please review the following.

This file is my "Statement of Suspicious Documents" which contains copies
and descriptions of my mortgage documents highlighting the illegal tactics
banks are using across the country to fraudulently and illegally foreclose
on people's homes.

To stop these fraudulent foreclosures, all we need to do is have our County
Recorders Office require an Affidavit of Authority from the banks, proving
that they are actual holder of the mortgage.

I have submitted my fraudulent documents to our Sheriff, DA, BOS, and
County Recorder Susan Ranochak, asking them to require an Affidavit of
Authority in order to foreclose. So far, nothing has been done by any of
these officials to protect our public records or the citizens of this
county from these predatory banks. Susan in particular seems to be very
reluctant to do anything proactive.
