I've just been informed that the mega-banks plan to stop all loan modifications by the end of the year.  

They will foreclose with impunity for their own riches and well-being, without a care for the people or the county they decimate.

 

And please don't forget that all foreclosures on securitized loans, and the loans themselves in the first place, are fraudulent [must read article by Catherine Austin Fitts].

 

We must beat the banks to the punch and keep our real estate for the people, not for the trillion dollar hedge funds and banks.

 

In our Foreclosure Town Halls we explain simply and completely, how local officials, backed by the people's will, can "take over" all securitized loans and vacant foreclosures for the county. 

 

This will immediately stop all foreclosures on these loans.  Period.  

 

AND keep people in their homes.

 

AND it will provide each owner a new loan at 90% of market value, 2% interest, 30 year fixed (for example).  

 

AND it will provide the county with a huge income stream as these loan payments will be made to the county bank for the next 30 years, not some sovereign wealth fund somewhere being bailed out by the Fed and our Treasury.

 

This will be the foundation of the people taking back control of their real estate and their destiny as a community.

 

Want to stop foreclosures NOW?  Then get a Foreclosure Town Hall scheduled asap so both the people and the local officials can understand as soon as possible the tremendous benefit and urgency of doing this NOW.
