Dear Occupy,
             I found a wonderful article on C.J.s website called Ending
Foreclosures with Local Solutions by Michael Sauvante of the
Commonwealth Group that I will use to speak to the F.B. City Council,
noting what San Bernadino City Council did.

   They passed a resolution authorizing their staff to create a request
for proposal, a formal mechanism  to address the glut of underwater
borrowers by purchasing and refinancing their loans.
  You can read it yourself, an enlightening 8 pages.
Of course i will use only 3 minutes worth of it.
