Richard, et al,
What do  you say about going to the next B.O.S. meeting to urge them to 
set up a public bank and to use Eminent Domain to take titles to 
securitized mortgages and foreclosed homes? Is there anyone who knows a 
person being notified of default on their loan?  That person should come 
to the Ukiah Assessor's office and demand to see the note( proof of who  
the mortgage holder is) that will be the beginning of a Moratorium on 
Foreclosure. Then the Recorder Susan Ranochak can send an Affidavit of 
Authority demanding a signature of the banker or robo signer as 
condition of filing the foreclosure document in her registry.
          There are two or three B.O.S.meetings in Dec. the 11th , the 
17th and 18th. Who is up for a trip to Ukiah B.O.S. meeting?
