Dear Judge Henderson, et al,
As a 40 year resident of the Mendocino Coast, I feel truly threatened by the proposal to close or greatly reduce the activities of our local court.
Justice cannot be served where local public transportation does not meet court hours.Where the poor, the elderly, & other non-drivers cannot conveniently (or at all) access the courts. I myself would be hard put to do jury duty. I fear the massive inconvenience of travel logistics will create chaos, & prevent the full complement of people involved in proceedings to participate. The long travel times added to court time (predictably slower due to higher volume of cases inland) will remove already over-tasked local law enforcement from the field.

Please consider the more-than-proportional tax contributions flowing from the coast to inland, and continue to fund full services of Ten Mile Justice Court.
