Let's start out non-confrontational and see what happens. More flies with honey etc. If we don't like what's goin' down we have month to organize. 

Above all, I think Chuck Bush is doing a wonderful job so, I don't want to do anything that jeopardizes his position. I'd like to talk to him about the most effective way of handling this -- assuming it needs handling after tomorrows bd., meeting. 

Remember, 3 positions are opening on the bd. this fall. If we want some of our people selected; it would not be prudent to antagonize them.
