[Occupymendocino] Getting Fort Bragg City to move city money to 'local' bank

While Fighting Foreclosure committee was working to get Fort Bragg City to
declare a Foreclosure Prevention Zone it was discovered that City of Fort
Bragg banks with Wells Fargo!!!!   Approx $7 million of city $ that is in
control of a corporate, very, very bad actor bank - it's really awful all
'round.

We created a petition for moving the city money which was very lightly
circulated at the Street Fair and shortly after - we have it in our
possession and have a few signatures.... but got distracted......

City of FB gets perks from Wells Fargo account like the printing and
mailing of the city WATER BILLS.  Some research was done to see about
replacing those (and any other perks) with local vendors - we can bring
that info back to light.

Getting the city to move it's money to Savings Bank of Mendocino County or
one of the local credit unions is a natural step and a natural focus for
OCCUPY Mendocino.
