Adrienne, since everyone doesn't have Micro$oft Word, how about copying them and just paste into an email. 

In fact, I'd like to suggest that anyone sending anything that does not need to be formatted (such as a poster) send it as an email instead of a .doc, .pages, .rtfd, .cwk, .docs, .dosx etc. We can all read emails but many people on different platforms use a multitude of software for word processing.
