[Occupymendocino] Senior Center space rental issue

	Concerning the RCSCenter Board meeting June 29 –– My personal view is that the Board of the Center got our message and is proceeding in good faith to clarify its policies and fees regarding space use by seniors and community groups and will come up with policies congenial to Occupy and other groups.

	Occupy Mendocino will, I hope, be a presence at future Senior Center Board meetings to underscore the importance of respecting the views of their constituencies.  Note that in September there will be, I understand, an election to fill four vacancies on the Board.
 
	For my part, I am going forward with a 95th birthday brunch as a benefit for the Center on Sunday July 15 at the Senior Center.
