Dear Fighting foreclosures group,
      Richard and Danny expressed interest in Joining Jessie and me to
leave the coast at 7:00 am to get to the County offices of the
B.O.S.Tuesday 12/18/12, to urge them to apply for a bank charter and set
up a county based land bank to facilitate the use of Eminent Domain.  This
is an expansion of the Foreclosure Town Hall meeting information we
received from C.J.Holmes.

We will be petitioning the county administrators to place a moratorium on
local foreclosure candidate properties for which no clear titleholder can
be established. That will require no new systems at the county level and
will go a long way to ending the devastation of foreclosure.

I will read the speech Jessie read at the F.B.City Council last Monday 
night.Please respond if you would like to carpool. Agnes and Richard will
be driving and can take a couple more passengers.
