Dear Friends,
       I want to thank those who showed support at the City Council
meeting Monday night at 6:00 pm : Mark,Richard,Sheila,Jessie and
Henrietta. Jessie gave a great delivery of the fighting Foreclosure
Committee letter on Public
Banking. I have a response from Susan Harmon of the Public Banking
Institute, she is willing to come speak to the C.C. members but thinks it
would be more useful to go before the Board of Supervisors.

There is a B.O. S. meeting Dec. 18th and Jessie and I are planning to go
and wondered how many of you would be willing to carpool to Ukiah at 7:00
am.
We would basically read the same letter and encourage anyone else to speak
at the public expression time promptly at 9:00 am.
