[Occupymendocino] Silent Ranger Toll Booths Are In. When will they start collecting.

Do any Occupiers know when the Parks will start charging $8. to use beaches?
I noticed the boxes are in at Mendocino Headlands and Big River Beach. 

The one at Big River is particularly maddening  to us, because we donated 
to the purchase of the land to expand the park a number of years back.

I think this is the perfect Occupy Issue.  I would imagine that we would have 
99%+  of the people  would be against having to pay.
