[MCTG] Fort Bragg AT&T Fiberoptic Cable Outage

Mendocino had cell service, but otherwise everything went dark.  I have
Xfinity (comcast) and lost internet and land line as well.  I use a
microcell for cell at home so with no internet comes no cell. Fort Bragg,
as I understand it, lost all but local exchange land line as did most of
the coast from I think, Albion to Westport.  Inland did not seem to be
impacted as the problem was that the primary and backup fiber optic lines
were accidentally cut by a Comcast contractor trying to install another
cable for Comcast at the intersection of Hwy 1 and Hwy 20.  And of course
anyone with Satellite service was unaffected.
