  Welcome back to The Bridge. This week we're focusing on Rapid
Reskilling.
Even before COVID-19 forced over 47 million Americans out of work,
advancements in robotics and AI threatened millions of jobs. But as each
industrial revolution has shown in the past, new types jobs will arise.
This generational fluctuation of work provides a unique opportunity to
break a cycle of disenfranchisement, giving previously overlooked workers
a
chance to train for these news jobs as they are created. Here's how. –
