<p style="font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">In the past, Mr. Gregory has made comments at the KZYXtalk chat room using language like 'asshole,' 'tool' and 'dog pack' to characterize unhappy KZYX listeners and members. Neither Mr. Gregory nor Executive
Director Jeffrey Parker have denied this conduct, nor that it's been made as a quid-pro-quo arrangement for Mr. Gregory to host his weekly radio show. Particularly, in light of the absence of underwriters for Mr. Gregory's show.</p>
